All winter rates are Discounted for Cash and does not include sales tax. Please add 3% if paying by credit card.

Winter rates include weekly maid service. Daily upkeep of your room is your responsibility. We will provide bed linens and trash bags. All other items such as towels , soap , and toilet paper etc, are the guests responsibility.
